Campbell Property Management has been serving as their Property Management company.
The Waterways association had a custom website created, example to the right. There was some advertising on the site that was administrated by the board.
The challenges that the site was presenting the board were:
- Limited budget money prohibited them from adding functionality to the site.
- They tried to cover the cost of the site and maintenance through advertising. This meet with some success.
- All the site maintenance had to be performed by the webmaster, not the board. Consequently, there were not a lot of updates made to the site.
Campbell Residential Services upgarded their site to their standard offering. This provided The Waterways with:
- An upgraded looking website
- All their previous information was migrated over
- Continued to use the domain name they owned.
- Board members and onsite property managers can update the content on the website - user friendly.
- Added an events calendar
- Real time news feeds
- Monthly useful articles
- Useful numbers, contacts, and links.
