We work with the community to identify the good service providers.
We screen providers for incorporation, licenses, worker compensation, liability insurance, city and county occupational license as well as other professional associations.
We then select a few providers for each service.
Work with the providers to promote them within the community.
Grow their business through service and pricing.
There is No Cost and No Obligation on behalf of the resident or the community.
We have three means to present service provider information to the residents. The first is the web site and the second is the monthly newsletter and the third is the service provider directory. Samples of each can be see below.

Monthly Newsletter:
Each month we mail a newsletter to each resident with helpful information and updates to the service providers.
The Newsletter comes out monthly.
Service Provider Directory:
We will also provide each resident a directory of service providers. This directory is updated a few times each year.
